St. Xavier, in Springfield Township, is located at 600 W. North Bend Road. Patients do not need to provide ID or proof of insurance but are advised to arrive as early as possible.<\/p>\n
Clinic doors open at 6 a.m. and services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to time constraints, patients will likely need to choose between dental or vision. All patients are offered general medical care.<\/p>\n
The patient parking lot will open at 11:59 p.m. on Friday July 18, the night before the clinic opens, and remain open through Sunday. The clinic closes when it reaches full capacity, and Sunday’s hours are abbreviated.<\/p>\n

Dental cleanings, fillings, extractions, X-raysEye exams and eyeglass prescriptions (glasses made on-site)Women’s health examsGeneral medical exams<\/p>\n
Anthem is also distributing free school backpacks during its wellness and resource fair on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.<\/p>\n
