Goalscoring pair Ryan Gravenberch<\/a> and Hugo Ekitike<\/a> took the headlines for Liverpool in their hard-fought 2-1 victory at home to Everton<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Reds prevailed at Anfield on Saturday lunchtime, despite threatening to let another two-goal lead slip, making it five wins out of five in the Premier League<\/a> this season.<\/p>\n

Here we compare our ratings<\/a> with those of TIA\u2019s readers, the Liverpool Echo<\/a> and GOAL<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Gravenberch (8.30) is in the form of his life currently and he was Liverpool\u2019s standout player against Everton<\/a>, scoring highest among the watching media.<\/p>\n

The 23-year-old scored an \u201cearly goal of the season contender,\u201d according to GOAL\u2019s Richie Mills, who added that his \u201csweeping up work at the back\u201d was also vital.<\/p>\n

Ian Doyle of the Echo said Gravenberch had a \u201chuge influence\u201d on the day, as his reputation continues to soar this season.<\/p>\n

Doyle also hailed the \u201cbrilliant composure\u201d shown by Ekitike for his goal, with the Frenchman\u2019s \u201ceffective touches and determination\u201d setting the tone.<\/p>\n

There does, however, have to be serious questions raised over GOAL giving Conor Bradley<\/a> and Dominik Szoboszlai<\/a>\u2018s performances a five-out-of-10!<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

According to FotMob<\/a>, Gravenberch was unsurprisingly Liverpool\u2019s standout figure in a statistical sense, getting a rating of 8.7-out-of-10.<\/p>\n

Not only did he contribute hugely in the final third, but he also made the joint-most tackles alongside James Garner (five) and made more defensive contributions (14) than any Reds player.<\/p>\n

Ekitike made 11 himself, showing what an asset he is out of possession, as well as with it.<\/p>\n

Virgil van Dijk<\/a> was once again imperious for Liverpool, with his 92 percent pass completion rate the highest of anyone on the pitch.<\/p>\n

The Reds skipper played more passes into the final third (10), too, in another immaculate showing at the heart of the Reds\u2019 defence.<\/p>\n
