As Dancing With the Stars<\/a>\u2019 34th season gets underway<\/a>, its former pro dancer Lindsay Arnold<\/a> is calling out hateful fan commentary.<\/p>\n

\u201cY\u2019all are mean. Y\u2019all are mean,\u201d she said in a TikTok video<\/a> on Thursday, addressing the viewers bashing the talent this season on the ABC<\/a> reality competition. \u201cI\u2019ve seen it all. Literally \u2014 I mean, a video or a comment made about every single pro, about the judges, about the hosts, about the troupe, and it\u2019s making me sick. Like, I literally feel sick to my stomach. You understand that these are real people right?\u201d<\/p>\n

Arnold reminded fans that these aren\u2019t made-up characters they\u2019re criticizing. \u201cThese are real people, who are doing a job that literally none of you could do,\u201d she said. \u201cLike, that\u2019s what kills me, it\u2019s like, \u2018My hot take: I think that they didn\u2019t do this good enough.\u2019 Like, let\u2019s see you do it. Let\u2019s see you do it. You couldn\u2019t.\u201d<\/p>\n

She also said that people who have the time to \u201cmake videos or spread hate or make comments that actively seek out trashing people\u201d should examine their priorities in life.<\/p>\n

\u201cSorry, I\u2019m fired up because \u2026 it makes me sick,\u201d she said. \u201cIt makes me sick. I have so many people on the show that I care about \u2014 obviously my youngest sister, Rylee<\/a> [Arnold<\/a>, who\u2019s paired with Scott Hoying<\/a> this season], who I would go to bat for \u2019til the day I die. But I care about all those people. That\u2019s my family. That\u2019s my friends. And I\u2019m coming here to say that literally the job of being a pro is one of the hardest ever. All of you thinking that you have any idea what it takes to be a pro makes me want to laugh.<\/p>\n

Arnold concluded her TikTok video by saying it\u2019s OK to express opinions respectfully. \u201cBe better,\u201d she said. \u201cBe better, please. Don\u2019t make me do another video like this, defending all of my friends on a show that you guys are obsessed with. So maybe spread a little bit more positivity about the show that is obviously taking so much of your life. Have a good day, everyone.\u201d<\/p>\n
