NASCAR issues penalty ahead of the race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway<\/p>\n
On Sunday, the NASCAR Cup Series will take the green flag at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon. On Saturday, teams rolled to the track for a round of practice and qualifying.<\/p>\n
Before teams can hit the track for practice or qualifying they must pass NASCAR\u2019s inspection line. One team has been penalized after inspection.<\/p>\n
The car driven by Cody Ware failed pre-qualifying inspection two times. Per the rules, NASCAR has ejected a team engineer. They also lost pit selection.<\/p>\n
Rick Ware Racing was able to get the car through inspection on the third attempt.<\/p>\n
