You can use this feature when you\u2019re in a call by clicking the \u201cmore\u201d button in the left-hand corner and then hitting \u201cHold Assist.\u201d<\/p>\n

This is great when you\u2019re calling before your Disney World trip, when you\u2019re still at home, and in the parks when you\u2019re trying to call for dining reservations or any other issues you might encounter during your vacation.<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t forget there\u2019s also a \u201cChat with a Cast Member\u201d option, which is great when you don\u2019t want to be on the phone. You\u2019re still talking with a real, human Cast Member, and we love to use it for quick questions or clarifications.<\/p>\n
