Nothing is working on its Android 16 update but, ahead of that, a new Nothing Phone (3) update is rolling out with improvements to the camera and the phone\u2019s signature \u201cGlyph Matrix.\u201d<\/p>\n
Detailed in a changelog<\/a>, Nothing OS 3.5-250911-2112 for Phone (3) is based on Android 15 and started rolling out late last week, meaning it should be broadly available to owners at this point.<\/p>\n The update brings a number of fixes, but is primarily focused on the camera. Nothing notes the manual exposure slider has improved, the camera should be clearer in third-party apps, and videos should look \u201cless hazy and more vibrant.\u201d <\/p>\n The Glyph Matrix is also improving Toys while in multi-user mode, while battery life should be better in \u201ccertain scenarios.\u201d<\/p>\n \tAdvertisement – scroll for more content<\/p>\n Camera Enhancements<\/p>\n Manually adjusting the exposure slider is now smoother and more precise.<\/p>\n Fixed an issue that caused unwanted tint in certain scenes, delivering more natural and balanced colours.<\/p>\n Updated AI SuperRes Zoom algorithm to improve sharpness of texts.<\/p>\n Improved Action Mode to reduce noise grains.<\/p>\n Improved camera clarity for third-party apps.<\/p>\n Improved Video Shooting: Videos now have better contrast and look less hazy and more vibrant.<\/p>\n General Improvements and Bug Fixes<\/p>\n Optimised Glyph Matrix display of Always-on Glyph Toys in multi-user mode.<\/p>\n Fixed the duplicated contact avatar issue when adding a new rule in Essential Notification.<\/p>\n Resolve haptics bugs when previewing Generative mode for notifications.<\/p>\n Improved title alignment in About phone for Arabic.<\/p>\n Upgraded the Bluetooth device recording UI.
