\u201cThe OC\u201d star said on Nicole Byer\u2019s \u201cWhy Won\u2019t You Date Me\u201d<\/a> podcast last week that she was shocked to lose work after making raunchy comments while on a friend\u2019s podcast two years ago. <\/p>\n

\u201cDid I want to fight it? Absolutely,\u201d Bilson said of the situation. \u201cLook, I can see both sides. When you take something out of context and you read something as a standalone comment, it can come off a certain way \u2015 sure.\u201d<\/p>\n

But the 44-year-old actor said that she was just \u201cjoking around\u201d when she made the comments. <\/p>\n

\u201cI said something like, \u2018I like to be manhandled,\u2019\u201d Bilson shared, adding that her co-host said the same word. <\/p>\n

\u201cBut because I used that word in whatever context, they just took that out of the conversation. It didn\u2019t sound great,\u201d she admitted. \u201cBut I think it was a very conservative company so they weren\u2019t comfortable talking about sex at all, in general.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bilson first spoke about losing the gig back in 2023, when she said she voiced \u201cI wanna get fucking manhandled\u201d in a \u201cjoking manner\u201d where it\u2019s OK to \u201cgive control or take control in the bedroom.\u201d <\/p>\n
