Legendary actor Sylvester Stallone found his \u201cpersonality fit\u201d in Florida and has no regrets about\u00a0permanently leaving<\/a>\u00a0Democratic-run California, he revealed in a new interview.<\/p>\n

The Republican-led Sunshine State has been a step-up from Hollywood, which he and his family permanently left in 2024, the \u201cTulsa King<\/a>\u201d star told Fox News Digital<\/a>. <\/p>\n

\u201cI love it,\u201d Stallone, 79.<\/p>\n

\u201cFirst of all, the air seems to always be clean. We\u2019re very, very near the water and that makes my wife incredibly happy. It makes me happy, and it\u2019s just something about it. It\u2019s just so lush,\u201d the \u201cCop Land\u201d actor said. <\/p>\n

During an interview, the \u201cTulsa King\u201d star stated that the lifestyle in Florida is a much better fit for his personality than life in Los Angeles. FOX News Digital<\/p>\n

\u201cI went to college there for a couple of years. So, I\u2019m not a stranger to the environment, but it fits my personality much better,\u201d the University of Miami\u00a0drama major<\/a>\u00a0stated.<\/p>\n

The \u201cRocky\u201d star and his wife, Jennifer Falvin, officially put Hollywood in the rearview mirror in 2024 \u2014 announcing the coastal change to their daughters and the viewing public on the Season 2 premiere of their reality television show \u201cThe Family Stallone.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAfter long, hard consideration, your mother and I have decided, time to move on and leave the state of California permanently, and we\u2019re going to go to Florida,\u201d the one-time Planet Hollywood backer revealed at the time.<\/p>\n

In 2024, the \u201cRocky\u201d star announced that he and his wife, Jennifer Flavin, were leaving Hollywood behind for good. jennfverflavinstallone\/Instagram<\/p>\n

The move was celebrated by the wife of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.<\/p>\n

Stallone is just one of many\u00a0big-name celebrities who fled the Golden State<\/a>\u00a0for greener \u2014 and less liberal \u2014 pastures.<\/p>\n

Former \u201cSuperman\u201d actor and current ICE volunteer\u00a0Dean Cain jettisoned California<\/a>\u00a0and specifically cited the state\u2019s progressive policies as what pushed him away.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe things that our leaders in California have been doing have driven out anybody who can really afford to get out. People are flocking out of there in droves.\u201d<\/p>\n
