Dylan Walsh appeared visibly shaken when speaking to officers after slamming into two utility poles with his family in the car last month,<\/p>\n
The \u201cNip\/Tuck\u201d actor, 61, seemed confused when police arrived at the chaotic accident scene in Rumson, NJ, on August 17.<\/p>\n

Did you fall asleep? FilmMagic<\/p>\n Upon inspecting Walsh\u2019s vehicle, officers find a cooler bag filled with White Claw Hard Seltzers and other booze, which one of them points out appears to be open.<\/p>\n Once in the ambulance, the police officer informs the \u201cSuperman & Lois\u201d actor that they are requesting his blood to be drawn at the hospital.
