MLB fans across the country \u2014 including in Seattle \u2014 reported that they had game tickets stolen<\/a> straight from their MLB Ballpark app.<\/p>\n

The Washington Nationals, who have been without a formal head of baseball operations since firing their GM in July, hired a new President of Baseball Operations<\/a> \u2014 35-year-old Paul Toboni, a rising star from the Red Sox organization.<\/p>\n

Astros right-hander Luis Garc\u00eda, who has barely pitched since 2022, will now miss all of 2026<\/a> recovering from elbow surgery.<\/p>\n

Guardians DH David Fry was released from the hospital<\/a> and will avoid surgery after taking a 99 mph fastball off the face from Tarik Skubal. The Tigers ace left-hander even visited Fry in the hospital.<\/p>\n
