As part of the deal, NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA) will invest $5 billion in Intel, buying common stock at $23.28 per share and acquiring approximately 5% stake in the company. Additionally, the company has also announced an investment of \u00a32 billion in the U.K. market\u2019s AI startup ecosystem to shape the future market. Its Founder and CEO made the following statement.<\/p>\n
