(WBAY) &#8211; Changes are coming to Wisconsin\u2019s special supplemental nutrition program for women, infants and children, known as WIC.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Starting Monday, updated food packages will include $3 added to the total for the purchase of fresh fruits and vegetables in place of juice.
