Many of the penalties came before the snap or were costly personal fouls, the types of penalties that Glenn vowed to eliminate.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cWe have to understand that before you can win games, you have to learn how not to lose games,\u201d Glenn said. \u201cWe have to do a better job in that case and we will.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

I watch football all the time and I just feel like, I don\u2019t know if this is wrong to say, but I think I get called for more stuff just based off of us and just not winning. I watch these winning programs, and it\u2019d be some egregious things, and it don\u2019t get called letting the players play.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
