Zack Meisel of the Athletic is dropping hints that Chase DeLauter, wearing #34, might be added to the playoff roster. I don\u2019t know what to make about that. I would be so excited if they called him up, which tempts me to believe it isn\u2019t going to happen.<\/p>\n

The Baseball Roundtable\u2019s discussion of \u201cWhat is Guardsball?\u201d happens here<\/a>. I enjoyed Grant Brisbee and Sam Miller\u2019s determination that any baseball chaos that happens of any kind is #Guardsball. I used to play a game with a kids blow up ball that had Diego from Dora the Explorer on it. It was loosely based on baseball but we kept making up new rules as we played it in a tiny gym. Anytime something weird or funny happened, we\u2019d all scream, \u201cAND THAT\u2019S DIEGO BALL!\u201d I move we do the same when anything weird or funny happens at Guardians\u2019 games.<\/p>\n The Selby is Godcast talked round one here<\/a>. Jim Rosenhaus hosted Guardians\u2019 Weekly here<\/a>. The ladies from Caught Lookin\u2019 checked in on the series here<\/a>. Tommy and I hosted an episode of Disgusting Baseball<\/a> previewing the wildcard series where we both somehow forgot that teams could take fewer than 13 pitches.
