A source close to Aaron Phypers is blaming Denise Richards\u2019 black eye<\/a>, which she claimed he caused, on her alleged \u201calcohol problem.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is consistent with the ongoing untruthfulness of Denise Richards, who is trying to hide her\u00a0alcohol\u00a0problem,\u201d the insider claimed to the Daily Mail<\/a> Thursday.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat photo was taken in winter 2022, and the fact is she was drunk at the time and fell coming up the steps to Aaron\u2019s [since-closed medical] clinic, Q360.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to the source, Richards, 54, allegedly \u201cfell and caught the corner of her eye on the stairs and then came up to the office where they treated her and put ice on it.\u201d<\/p>\n

The insider insisted \u201clots of people in the office \u2026 saw what happened\u201d and claimed that Phypers \u201chas never touched [Richards] and never would.\u201d<\/p>\n

The actress detailed the incident in question in a request for a temporary restraining order, which was granted Wednesday.<\/p>\n

While the former couple agreed that it occurred in the winter of 2022 at Phypers\u2019 former place of work, Richards alleged that he \u201cused the heel of his palm to strike [her] in the eye while calling [her] a \u2018f\u2013king bitch.’\u201d<\/p>\n

According to Richards, Phypers, 49, had \u201cbrought several potted plants into the center and became paranoid that they contained listening devices.\u201d<\/p>\n

Richards also claimed that a \u201cfemale family member,\u201d who was present, \u201cwitnessed the assault and immediately retrieved frozen food to reduce the swelling.\u201d<\/p>\n

The OnlyFans star attached \u201ca true and correct copy of a picture of [her] black eye\u201d to the TRO request.<\/p>\n

According to Richards, this was not an isolated incident.<\/p>\n

\u201cThroughout our relationship, Aaron would frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head, [and] aggressively slam my head into the bathroom towel rack,\u201d Richards alleged in her filing, claiming that he even threatened to kill her and himself if she ever reported him to the authorities.<\/p>\n

In the wake of the former Bravolebrity\u2019s abuse claims, fans uncovered a scene from \u201cRHOBH\u201d Season 10 in which Phypers, who was holding Richards\u2019 hand, threatened to \u201cf\u2013king crush\u201d it<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Phypers, who filed for divorce<\/a> from Richards last week after nearly seven years of marriage, denied the abuse \u201crumors and speculation\u201d<\/a> in a statement.<\/p>\n

\u201cLet me be unequivocally clear: I have never physically or emotionally abused Denise \u2014 or anyone,\u201d he insisted. \u201cThese accusations are completely false and deeply hurtful.\u201d<\/p>\n

Phypers, who has been unemployed since last year, is seeking spousal support from Richards, whom he claimed earns more than $250,000 per month<\/a>.<\/p>\n
