IRVING, Texas \u2013 The American Conference will host its 2025 American Tipoff Sunday and Monday, October 12-13, at the Birmingham Jefferson Convention Complex in Birmingham, Alabama.<\/p>\n

Representing UTSA men’s basketball will be second-year head coach Austin Claunch<\/a>, graduate student Mo Njie<\/a> and sophomore Baboucarr Njie<\/a>. Representing UTSA women’s basketball will be fifth-year head coach Karen Aston<\/a>, junior Idara Udo<\/a> and senior Ereauna Hardaway<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The American is inviting fans to participate in the annual event to start the college basketball season.<\/p>\n

Team rotations will begin at 2 p.m. CT on Sunday and will continue Monday morning with a show on ESPN+ hosted by Maria Trivelpiece, Mike O\u2019Donnell and Brooke Weisbrod, featuring student-athletes and coaches from all 26 American teams in attendance. Live coverage of the 2025 Tipoff will start at 8:15 a.m. CT on Monday.<\/p>\n

Fans will be able to experience the 2025 American Tipoff with unprecedented access to their favorite teams, coaches and student-athletes.<\/p>\n

Roadrunner fans can purchase men’s and women’s season tickets online<\/a> or by calling the UTSA Ticket Office at 210-458-UTSA (8872) from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.<\/p>\n

Current UTSA students receive free admission to all home games by downloading tickets via their Account Manager.<\/p>\n
