\n\tAs Bad Bunny<\/a> is poised to make history as the first Super Bowl halftime artist <\/a>to perform solely in Spanish, Donald Trump<\/a>\u2019s former campaign manager Corey Lewandowski warned that ICE agents will be present at the national event. <\/p>\n

\n\tDuring an interview<\/a> for Benny Johnson\u2019s series \u201cThe Benny Show,\u201d the host asked Lewandowski\u00a0if \u201cICE will have enforcement at the Super Bowl<\/a> for the Bad Bunny Super Bowl halftime.\u201d Lewandowski replied, \u201cThere is nowhere you can provide safe haven to people who are in this country illegally. Not the Super Bowl and nowhere else.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cWe will find you, we will apprehend you, we will put you in a detention facility, and we will deport you,\u201d he continued. \u201cSo know that is a very real situation under this administration, which is completely contrary to how it used to be.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tLewandowski called the decision to choose Bunny as the halftime performer \u201cshameful\u201d and accused him of seeming to \u201chate America,\u201d before pointing to other \u201cgreat bands and entertainment people who could be playing at that show\u201d instead.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cIf there are illegal aliens, I don\u2019t care if it\u2019s a concert for Johnny Smith or Bad Bunny or anybody else, we\u2019re going to do enforcement everywhere because we are going to make Americans safe,\u201d said Lewandowski. \u201cThat is a directive from the president. If you\u2019re in this country illegally, do yourself a favor: Go home.\u201d<\/p>\n

And on Sunday\u00a0DeB\u00cd TiRAR M\u00e1S FOToS\u00a0became the first album of 2025 to surpass 7 billion streams on Spotify.\u00a0 <\/p>\n

\n\tPrior to his announcement as the performer of the 2026 Super Bowl halftime show<\/a>, Bunny explained why he left the continental United States off his upcoming\u00a0Deb\u00ed Tirar M\u00e1s Fotos\u00a0world tour<\/a>, saying the decision was tied <\/a>to the\u00a0Trump administration<\/a>\u2019s recent mass\u00a0deportations<\/a>\u00a0targeting Latinos.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThere were many reasons why I didn\u2019t show up in the U.S., and none of them were out of hate \u2014 I\u2019ve performed there many times,\u201d Bunny said. \u201cAll of [the shows] have been successful. All of them have been magnificent.\u201d<\/p>\n
