Rather than managing your Game Pass subscription on your Xbox, you’ll need to log in to your Microsoft account through a web browser. To get started:<\/p>\n

Access your account by clicking the profile icon in the top-right corner of Microsoft’s website<\/a>, or by heading to account.microsoft.com<\/a> and logging in.<\/p>\n

Click on the Subscriptions tab in the left sidebar.<\/p>\n

In the Game Pass section, click on Manage.<\/p>\n

Then click on Cancel subscription, the last option in the menu.<\/p>\n

Depending on when you subscribed and when your next billing date is, Microsoft might offer to refund a portion of your subscription if you choose to unsubscribe immediately, rather than wait to the end of your billing period. Whichever you choose, once you confirm, you’ll be unsubscribed.<\/p>\n

Click on the Subscriptions tab in the left sidebar.<\/p>\n
