Two-time MVC player of the year Tucker DeVries will be a leader for IU basketball this winter in the program\u2019s first season under Darian DeVries.<\/p>\n
One of the nation\u2019s top returning shooters and scorers, DeVries owns career averages of 17.7 points, 5.6 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game over 112 career games at Drake and West Virginia. <\/p>\n
Following offseason shoulder surgery, the 6-foot-7 forward is fully healthy and was a full participant in the program\u2019s three exhibition games in Puerto Rico in early August.<\/p>\n
DeVries spoke on Tuesday, September 30, at IU\u2019s annual media day at Assembly Hall:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
