After 37 years and thousands of episodes, The Bold and the Beautiful has entered its new era. The long-running soap opera recently moved <\/a>from its original home in CBS Television \u00a0City In Los Angeles to Sunset Las Palmas Studios. \u00a0This week, fans got their first look at episodes filmed in the new location and the first installment carried quiet the significance.<\/p>\n

Actor and writer Lawrence Saint-Victor, known for his portrayal on the soap as Carter Walton, revealed on Instagram that not only did he appear in the inaugural new-studio episode, but he also wrote it. The scribe shared the milestone along with a celebratory collage saying, \u201cWhat an honor to write the very first episode in our brand-new studio! \ud83c\udfac\u2728 Huge congratulations to the entire Bold and the Beautiful family. It\u2019s amazing to see all the hard work, dedication, and teamwork that made this move possible\u2014without missing a beat. Lawrence Saint-Victor History<\/p>\n

Prior to joining The Bold and the Beautiful, Saint-Victor started his professional career in 2006 on the former CBS soap opera Guiding Light where he portrayed the role of Remy Boudreau until the soaps cancelation in 2009. He joined The Bold and the Beautiful \u00a0in 2013 where he has appeared off and on since.<\/p>\n

In addition to his daytime credits, Saint-Victor has appeared on hit series such as: Ugly Betty, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, For Better or Worse, and All About the Washingtons<\/p>\n

The Bold and the Beautiful continues weekdays on CBS and streaming weeknights on Paramount+.<\/p>\n
