Three Clarksville Athletic Club exercise instructors have each dedicated more than\u00a030 years\u00a0to helping Clarksvillians achieve their fitness goals.<\/p>\n

Clarksville Athletic Club is proud to honor three of its longest-serving group exercise instructors \u2013\u00a0Christy Jacques, Sherry Wilkinson and Rhonda Markham \u2013 who have each dedicated more than\u00a030 years\u00a0to helping Clarksvillians achieve their fitness goals.<\/p>\n

Throughout their decades of service, Christy, Sherry and Rhonda have led countless classes, supported generations of members, and fostered a sense of community that extends far beyond the gym floor. Their consistency, encouragement and passion for fitness have made a lasting impact on the health and well-being of the Clarksville community.<\/p>\n

Sherry Wilkinson continues to inspire members through her\u00a0Yoga\u00a0and\u00a0Body Rock\u00a0classes.<\/p>\n

Christy Jacques\u00a0leads\u00a0Pilates, Strength Training, and Senior-specific classes, helping members of all ages stay strong and active.<\/p>\n

Rhonda Markham\u00a0energizes members in the water, heading up the club\u2019s\u00a0aqua aerobics program\u00a0and teaching favorites such as\u00a0Boot Camp Aqua\u00a0and\u00a0Aqua Zone.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese three women are more than instructors \u2013 they are mentors, motivators, and role models,\u201d said Brad Butler, general manager. \u201cTheir dedication over the past 30-plus years is a rare accomplishment in the fitness industry, and we are grateful for the positive influence they continue to have on our members and our community.\u201d<\/p>\n

Their ongoing commitment is a testament to the power of fitness to connect people, inspire healthier living, and create lasting relationships.<\/p>\n
