Taylor Swift will soon be sipping coffee on a late-night show \u2014 multiple late-night shows, in fact. The \u201cCruel Summer\u201d artist is promoting her brand-new album, The Life of a Showgirl<\/a>, out Oct. 3, and she\u2019s ready to chat about it with hosts Jimmy Fallon, Seth Meyers and Graham Norton.<\/p>\n

This isn\u2019t the first time that Swift has appeared on the late-night show circuit \u2014 she\u2019s promoted previous albums before, like when she sat down with Meyers in November 2021<\/a> to discuss Red (Taylor\u2019s Version) ahead of her Saturday Night Live performance. Doing multiple late-night shows for a single album rollout, however, is rare for the singer, who typically uses her massive social media platform to make announcements and, of course, drop Easter eggs for her work.<\/p>\n

So what can Swifties expect from the Eras Tour icon\u2019s time on the late-night couch? Here\u2019s what we know.<\/p>\n

The Graham Norton Show on Oct. 3<\/p>\n

Swift\u2019s first promotional stop is The Graham Norton Show. The U.K.-based talk show airs at 10:40 p.m. in London, which makes it 5:40 p.m. ET. American Swifties can watch the show on BBC America <\/a>(or via AMC+<\/a>), which usually posts the show days after its original airtime.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, Norton teased that he\u2019s getting ready for Swift\u2019s appearance on his show with an Instagram post<\/a> of himself wearing headphones. \u201cCan you guess what I\u2019m listening to???\u201d he wrote in the comments section. \u201c#lifeofashowboy Roll on Friday!!\u201d<\/p>\n

Swift most recently appeared on Norton\u2019s show in 2023<\/a> to celebrate the release of her album Midnights, joining Bono, Eddie Redmayne, Alex Scott and musical guest Lady Blackbird on the couch. In addition to promoting her new work, she spoke about rerecording her previous albums<\/a> after she was unable to buy her masters \u2014 something she was finally able to achieve in 2025.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am thankful to radio stations across the U.S. that will only play my new versions. It is so heartwarming,” Swift said at the time. \u201cIt is something that I care about but don’t expect other people to care about it.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Oct. 6<\/p>\n

Swift is making her seventh appearance on Fallon\u2019s show three days after the release of The Life of a Showgirl. She\u2019ll join actress Keri Russell on the show as well as musical guest the Format.<\/p>\n

Fallon teased the \u201cAnti-Hero\u201d singer joining his show in a Sept. 24 Instagram video<\/a>, which showed Fallon at a roulette table in Las Vegas. (Naturally, the ball bounced right to number 13 \u2014 Swift\u2019s favorite number.) After he left the table, a slew of showgirls \u2014 including one in orange \u2014 collide into him. One says, \u201cExcuse us, honey\u201d \u2014 perhaps a nod to Swift\u2019s Showgirl track \u201cHoney.\u201d<\/p>\n

Swift previously made headlines on Jimmy Fallon\u2019s show in October 2019, when Fallon shared a video of Swift acting delirious with the host after getting LASIK surgery<\/a>. Swift was promoting her album Lover at the time.<\/p>\n

Late Night With Seth Meyers on Oct. 8<\/p>\n

Meyers announced that Swift would be a guest on his talk show in a Sept. 29 Instagram post<\/a>, in which he wore a sparkly orange cardigan \u2014 a hot merch item from the singer\u2019s Showgirl collection. But it\u2019s not just a regular appearance: as Meyers\u2019s turquoise-and-orange coffee mug states in the video, it\u2019s a \u201cTAY\/kover\u201d of the talk show. The whole episode will be a conversation between Meyers and Swift<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The last time Swift appeared on Meyers\u2019s talk show was in 2021, where she discussed Red (Taylor\u2019s Version),\u00a0which included a 10-minute version of her song \u201cAll Too Well.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAt the time I was, like, honestly, really sad ’cause I’d actually gone through the stuff that I had sung about,” Swift told Meyers about recording the original version of the song. \u201cBut this time, I’ve got sunglasses on and a mojito and just, like, it’s chill this time. It’s really nice to be able to put this album out and not be sad, not be taking breaks in between interviews to cry. I’m telling you, it’s much better this way.\u201d<\/p>\n
