Bayern Munich<\/a>\u2019s pursuit of VfB Stuttgart attacker Nick Woltemade has hit a wall. <\/p>\n

VfB Stuttgart will not even consider stepping to the negotiating table unless an offer of \u20ac65 million is presented. For Nick Woltemade\u2019s agent Danny Bachmann, this has been disappointing. <\/p>\n

\u201cWhen a Bundesliga record offer of \u20ac55 million isn\u2019t even enough for a face-to-face meeting, the question arises as to what VfB actually considers \u2018extraordinary\u2019. This was unforeseeable,\u201d Bachmann told Deutschen Presse-Agentur (as captured by Sky Germany\u2019s Florian Plettenberg<\/a>). <\/p>\n

Plettenberg would add more context as well: <\/p>\n

As of this morning, there has still been no third offer from FC Bayern. VfB Stuttgart waiting. Most recently, an offer \u20ac50m euros fixed + \u20ac5m in add-ons + 10% sell-on clause was rejected. <\/p>\n

There is still plenty of time left in the transfer window<\/a>, but dragging this out would not benefit Bayern Munich or Woltemade. Clearly, VfB STuttgart is not going to get bullied into taking anything less than what it wants. <\/p>\n
