BEN RHODES, No. 99 TSPORT Trucks Ford F-150 \u2013 \u201cIt\u2019s tough.\u00a0 We\u2019re gonna have to look at the truck and try to figure something out.\u00a0 I wanted to come over the pace laps and say like I did at Watkins Glen that something wasn\u2019t feeling right, but I don\u2019t want to say that.\u00a0 We already experienced something at Watkins Glen.\u00a0 It didn\u2019t feel right.\u00a0 The wheel comes off in the race.\u00a0 I\u2019m not saying that\u2019s what happened, but I had a very similar feel \u2013 something just wasn\u2019t right like what I had in practice and in qualifying, but I didn\u2019t want to say anything so I didn\u2019t and the truck just snapped.\u00a0 I don\u2019t even know how I could go back and save it, so we\u2019ll go back and look to see if something broke or what may have happened.\u00a0 I really don\u2019t have a clue and then whatever that is I\u2019m sure we\u2019ll let everybody know, but I really hate that for everybody on the team.\u00a0 Our TSPORT F-150 was a lot better than how it felt right now.\u00a0 In practice and qualifying it was pretty comfortable, so something happened.\u00a0 I just don\u2019t know what it is.\u201d<\/p>\n
WHAT KIND OF DAMAGE DID YOU HAVE?\u00a0 \u201cIt\u2019s just killed. As soon as the tires grab you, I mean, it gets front, it gets back, the tail is knocked down.\u00a0 The biggest thing is that the toe was knocked out.\u00a0 It grabbed the right-front tire and just twisted the whole tie rod out.\u00a0 My steering wheel went from being straight up and down to way over to the side.\u00a0 There\u2019s not much you can do with that.\u201d<\/p>\n
