I have not been posting and there are reasons. If I\u2019m gonna do this, I need to be real with you guys and I feel like posting Stories or pictures of me going out, going to events, going to nice restaurants, while that\u2019s fun, that is not the reality of my last few months.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Bachelor Nation star revealed that she\u2019s been struggling with her mental health as she recently lost a close friendship and isn\u2019t sure of her next steps.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m struggling right now. My mental health has been in such a low place over the last couple of months,\u201d she said candidly. \u201cSince I\u2019ve moved here, it\u2019s been kind of a sh*t show. I\u2019m in a sublease, which is great and I love the sublease, but I feel no level of permanence. That\u2019s not the best feeling to have at the age of 32. It\u2019s so different from when I lived here in my 20s. All of my friends are in very serious relationships, married, kids. Moving back has been kind of like, \u2018Oh, everyone\u2019s moved on and I\u2019m still in the same spot,\u2019 which I know I\u2019m not. I still have my whole life in Atlanta, so I\u2019m trying to figure out what am I doing?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>          <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-fluid img-aspect-auto\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/57fa22cbdf864d7c9fb1428afc9a3ce1_xl.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/p>\n<p>                          Instagram<\/p>\n<p>Lexi also shared that it\u2019s been difficult to date and feels a pressure to meet someone even though she isn\u2019t ready yet.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>She said, \u201cI am not in a mental place to be going on a bunch of dates, I don\u2019t even know how to navigate dating in New York. But then I have this guilt where I\u2019m like I\u2019m 32 years old, I probably should be going on dates. So it\u2019s this guilt cycle where I\u2019m not ready and I\u2019m not healed and I feel like I still need time before I\u2019m ready to be in a position to give myself to someone else again in that regard. But I\u2019m also like a clock is ticking\u2026 I\u2019m just navigating life and I wanna be more transparent with you guys because that\u2019s the only way I can post content.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re sending Lexi all our love and we appreciate her vulnerability.
