He also left the Week 4 game against the <a data-clubhouse-guid=\"539babc5-e5fb-753b-8ae1-c15032a91ef4\" href=\"https:\/\/www.espn.com\/nfl\/team\/_\/name\/cle\/cleveland-browns\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Cleveland Browns<\/a> with a shoulder injury.<\/p>\n<p>The Lions placed their other starting cornerback, <a data-player-guid=\"9d4fc11f-597a-9b5b-d095-4d91e1aae783\" href=\"https:\/\/www.espn.com\/nfl\/player\/_\/id\/3139387\/dj-reed\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">D.J. Reed<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.espn.com\/nfl\/story\/_\/id\/46452147\/lions-put-cb-dj-reed-ir-due-hamstring-injury\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">on injured reserve<\/a> last week due to a hamstring injury.<\/p>\n<p>Arnold, 22, is in his second NFL season.
