Google has not released the October 2025 Pixel update yet, but details of the upcoming OTA from Verizon are now available.<\/p>\n
Release notes from the US carrier suggest that the update should have arrived today. As of Tuesday afternoon (PT), nothing from Google is available yet<\/a>.<\/p>\n According to Verizon<\/a>, the Android security patch level is still \u201cSeptember 2025\u201d as Google\u2019s October 2025 Android Security Bulletin<\/a> lists no issues. Build numbers for the October 2025 Pixel update are:<\/p>\n Pixel 10: BD3A.251005.003.W3<\/p>\n Pixel 9-7: BP3A.251005.004.B1<\/p>\n All devices (Pixel 7-10), with release notes today, get these two User Interface fixes:<\/p>\n \tAdvertisement – scroll for more content<\/p>\n Addressed an issue that caused a semi-transparent background to appear after the camera was launched.<\/p>\n Addressed an issue where the system crashed when starting or stopping casting with the Media Output Switcher.<\/p>\n The Pixel 10<\/a> and 9 series<\/a> get a fix for how \u201cflashlight status didn\u2019t appear on the At a Glance widget.\u201d<\/p>\n The Pixel 7<\/a> has a Display & Graphics fix: \u201cAddressed an issue that caused the screen to flicker and shut down under certain conditions.\u201d<\/p>\n For most devices, this is the first patch since last month\u2019s Android 16 QPR1 launch.
