The star power on season 28 of \u201cThe Voice\u201d just got even brighter. As the Blind Auditions were wrapping up on October 7, 2025 \u2014 with the artist lineups finalized for Team Reba,<\/a> Team Niall<\/a>, Team Snoop<\/a> and Team Bubl\u00e9<\/a> \u2014 NBC announced <\/a>that four megawatt stars, including two past coaches, will join the show as advisors in the Battle Rounds. <\/p>\n

Check out which stars will be part of the next phase of the competition, starting on October 13. <\/p>\n

Team Snoop Welcomes Lizzo to \u2018The Voice\u2019 <\/p>\n

Pop superstar Lizzo will serve as an advisor to Snoop Dogg\u2019s team of 12 artists! Among the singers she\u2019ll help mentor is Toni Lorene, who wowed the coaches with her Blind Audition, singing Lizzo\u2019s \u201cCuz I Love You.\u201d <\/p>\n

Team Reba Welcomes Nick Jonas Back to \u2018The Voice\u2019<\/p>\n

Look who\u2019s back! Nick Jonas is no stranger to \u201cThe Voice,\u201d having been a coach on seasons 18 and 20. He was also an advisor on season 15 for Christina Aguilera\u2019s team. In 2025, he\u2019ll advise Reba McEntire\u2019s team. <\/p>\n

Jonas and McEntire go waaaay back. He made his Broadway debut <\/a>in 2001\u2019s \u201cAnnie Get Your Gun\u201d when he was still a kid and McEntire was the star of the show. He just concluded his latest Broadway role in The Last Five Years,\u201d which ended in June, and spent the rest of the summer on the road with the Jonas Brothers. <\/p>\n

Team Bubl\u00e9 Welcomes Kelsea Ballerini Back to \u2018The Voice\u2019<\/p>\n

Country sensation Kelsea Ballerini <\/a>made her debut as a coach on \u201cThe Voice\u201d in season 27, and now she\u2019s back in season 28 advising Bubl\u00e9\u2019s team of 12. Bubl\u00e9 was also a coach on season 27 (which he won with Adam David)<\/a> and formed a bond with Ballerini and her then-boyfriend Chase Stokes. <\/a><\/p>\n

Ballerini\u2019s been part of \u201cThe Voice\u201d family for a while, though, previously appearing in seasons 15, 16, and 20, and filling in for coach Kelly Clarkson on season 21 (in 2021) when Clarkson was sick. <\/p>\n

Team Horan Welcomes Lewis Capaldi to \u2018The Voice\u2019 <\/p>\n

This pairing will be so fun to watch! Niall Horan will get to work with Scottish singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi <\/a>during the Battle Rounds \u2014 and they happen to be super close friends. To get a feel for their vibe together, check out their road trip documentary<\/a> from 2022. <\/p>\n

The Battle Rounds kick off on October 13, with two members of each team singing a duet \u2014 as their coaches decide who gets to move on to the next round. Usually, coaches choose which artists on their teams will compete against each other, but in season 28, NBC says that the artists will decide who to pair up with. The coaches will continue to pick the songs they perform, though. <\/p>\n
