Vivo\u2019s latest OriginOS 6 platform looks like it was designed by someone who had iOS 26 open on the next screen. From the rounded icons and frosted overlays to the glass-like dock and depth-shifting wallpapers, the resemblance is uncanny. The company is clearly borrowing Apple\u2019s Liquid Glass aesthetic, a design language that received backlash after release<\/a> due to usability issues.<\/p>\n

Vivo\u2019s new OriginOS 6 heavily borrows Apple\u2019s Liquid Glass design, with identical transparency effects, icons, and interface depth<\/p>\n

Vivo\u2019s presentation of OriginOS 6 emphasized \u201cflow\u201d and \u201ceffortless motion,\u201d focusing on fluidity and integration rather than stark redesigns. The similarities, however, are difficult to ignore as they stretch across almost all aspects of the operating system, especially the Lock Screen.
