Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli went through the ultimate test in their marriage after they were ensnared in the college admissions scandal<\/a> in 2019. They weathered through the storm only to find themselves at a stalemate in their relationship six years later.<\/p>\n

The Full House star is reportedly \u201cdevastated\u201d by the breakup because she had hoped that they could find a way back together, per an Us Weekly<\/a> source. \u201cPeople around Lori and Mossimo have known they have been going through a really hard time in the last year,\u201d an insider revealed to the media outlet. \u201cThis isn\u2019t a shock to people around them. It has been a rough time for Lori. She is devastated.\u201d<\/p>\n

What may surprise fans is the fact that it was Loughlin who reportedly initiated the separation<\/a> because she \u201cthought a break could help.\u201d Unfortunately, she and Giannulli are \u201cnot on the same page\u201d about the future of their relationship after 28 years of marriage.<\/p>\n

The source added, \u201cThey will not reconcile<\/a> \u2014 there is currently no chance \u2014 and will ultimately divorce.\u201d That is a very different story from what Loughlin\u2019s representative, Elizabeth Much, told People <\/a>on Oct. 3. \u201cThey are living apart and taking a break from their marriage. There are no legal proceedings at this time,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

The first clue that fans missed happened in February when they put their Hidden Hills, California, dream home<\/a> on the market for $16.5 million. They had only purchased the property five years ago after their prison sentences for $9.5 million. The other big sign is that Giannulli has reportedly \u201cbeen on dates,\u201d per Us Weekly, while Loughlin is still nursing her wounds.<\/p>\n

He was spotted with stylist Hannah Harrison, but it turns out their outing was work-related. \u201cI feel like it was bad timing. I went to the [G\/FORE Supply] store not knowing that his separation had been announced,\u201d Harrison told<\/a> the media outlet on Oct. 3. \u201cI was going there to meet him. \u2026 He was introducing me to the guys there so I could pull clothes [for Giannulli\u2019s brand G\/FORE].\u201d<\/p>\n

Loughlin was spotted with Anne Heche\u2019s ex-boyfriend, James Tupper, on Oct. 1 by the Daily Mail<\/a>, but that also turned out to be a platonic dinner at The Bird Streets Club in Los Angeles. \u201cLori and James have worked together and are old friends,\u201d Loughlin\u2019s rep told Page Six<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It sounds like there are one-sided deep feelings happening right now, and Loughlin is nursing her broken heart in the wake of her split from Giannulli.<\/p>\n
