Astronomer HR chief Kristin Cabot, who was seemingly caught cheating<\/a> with the company CEO Andy Byron earlier this week, appears to be married to the CEO of Privateer Rum, a Massachusetts-based liquor brand.<\/p>\n

According to property records obtained by The Post<\/a>, Cabot has shared a Rye, New Hampshire, address with Andrew Cabot since at least 2023.<\/p>\n

Andrew holds the title of CEO and COO of the company, per its website.<\/p>\n

The official records also show Andrew and Kristin are the co-owners of a $2.2 million two-story, four-bedroom New Englander-style house that sits near the Atlantic coast, which they purchased in February.<\/p>\n

Though, while they share a name and are listed as co-habitants of a home, it remains unclear as to whether the pair are officially married.<\/p>\n

In addition, Kristin was also listed as an \u201cadvisory board member\u201d at Privateer Rum since September 2020, according to her LinkedIn account, which has since been deleted<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Page Six has reached out to a contact for Kristin and Andrew but did not immediately receive a response.<\/p>\n

As previously reported, Kristin was once married to Kenneth Thornby.<\/p>\n

Massachusetts court records obtained by the outlet showed the tech head, 52 \u2014 who previously bragged she \u201cwins the trust of CEOs\u201d<\/a> \u2014 separated from her ex-husband in 2018 and their marriage was legally over by 2022.<\/p>\n

Video taken at the show, which has since gone viral online, showed Byron with his arms wrapped around Kristin as they were caught on the concert\u2019s \u201ckiss cam\u201d jumbotron.<\/p>\n

The pair then quickly reacted to the moment<\/a> with horrified panic and ducked out of the camera\u2019s view, prompting the band\u2019s frontman, Chris Martin, to speculate \u201ceither they\u2019re having an affair or they\u2019re just very shy.\u201d<\/p>\n

By Thursday morning, the CEO\u2019s spouse had removed her surname from her accounts before she\u00a0deactivated her social media accounts<\/a> after the viral moment set the internet ablaze the night before.<\/p>\n

In light of the incident, both employees were \u201cimmediately\u201d put on leave, according to a Friday report by Axios.<\/p>\n
