\n\tKristin Dolan<\/a> has signed on to head AMC Networks<\/a> as CEO for at least another three years.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe media company said it entered into a new employment agreement with Dolan effective as of Oct. 9, 2025, through Dec. 31, 2028. Her minimum annual base salary will be $2 million until April 1, 2026, at which time that will increase to $2.1 million. Dolan\u2019s new contract also provides for an annual target bonus opportunity equal to at least three times her actual salary paid during the applicable year.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn addition, Dolan will continue to receive annual cash and\/or stock awards. For 2026 (and the next two years) Dolan is expected to receive such grants with an annual aggregate target value of not less than $8 million. She also received a one-time special cash performance award with a target value of $3 million and will be paid a one-time signing bonus in cash in the amount of $150,000, per an AMC Networks filing Friday with the SEC.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn a statement, AMC Networks chairman James Dolan (who is Kristin Dolan\u2019s husband), said: \u201cKristin has done a remarkable job leading AMC Networks through this period of change and has the operational background that makes her ideally suited to this role. Her focus on partnerships, profitability and technology has established a clear path forward. We look forward to her continued strategic leadership and management of our company\u2019s strong content and brands.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tAccording to the company, Kristin Dolan has accelerated AMC Networks\u2019 transformation from a networks-based cable programmer to one that distributes its content across an array of platforms including linear TV, subscription streaming and more than 20 FAST (free, ad-supported television) channels.<\/p>\n

\n\tDolan assumed the CEO role at AMC Networks in February 2023<\/a>. In that capacity, she oversees the company\u2019s portfolio of cable networks \u2014 AMC, BBC America, IFC, SundanceTV and We TV \u2014 along with streaming services AMC+, Acorn TV, Shudder, Sundance Now, ALLBLK and HIDIVE; film distribution labels Independent Film Company and RLJE Films; AMC Studios, the company\u2019s in-house studio, production and distribution operation; and AMC Networks International, its international programming business.<\/p>\n

\n\tPrior to AMC Networks, Dolan was CEO of 605, an audience measurement and data analytics firm she founded in 2016. Before that she spent 16 years in various operating roles at Cablevision Systems (now part of Altice USA), including as chief operating officer. Dolan was a key member of the leadership team that oversaw Cablevision\u2019s 2016 sale to Altice USA for $17.7 billion and helped to lead the subsequent transition.<\/p>\n

\n\tPrior to Cablevision, Dolan held various marketing roles at AMC Networks (then known as Rainbow Media), including in affiliate marketing and distribution, where she began her career in 1989.<\/p>\n

\n\tDolan is a member of the board of directors for trade group NCTA \u2013 the Internet & Television Association (as well as the NCTA Education Foundation), the Paley Center for Media, The Syndeo Institute at The Cable Center, Sphere Entertainment and Wendy\u2019s.
