Nick Saban declared Saturday during ESPN\u2019s College GameDay that Auburn\u2019s Jordan-Hare Stadium is haunted.<\/p>\n
\u201cSo, you get the Tip 6, which I watched because Auburn was basically out of the SEC race,\u201d Saban said of the \u201cPrayer at Jordan-Hare.\u201d \u201dThey win that game on that. Two weeks later, they beat us on the Kick 6. They knock us out. They get themselves in it.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis place, I\u2019ve told you this before, is haunted. Absolutely, it\u2019s haunted.\u201d<\/p>\n
Saban, 73, said some of the craziest things he\u2019s seen on a football field have taken place on Auburn\u2019s campus.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe lost games there in overtime,\u201d he said. \u201cWe won games in overtime. We won on the Grave Digger on fourth-down and 31.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey\u2019ve come back and beat us. (Alabama) got 12 guys on the field (in 2019) when they have the quarterback in to punt.\u201d<\/p>\n
Saban said, \u201cThis may be the only stadium in the country where I have a losing record. Horrible.\u201d<\/p>\n
Saban does a have a losing record in Jordan-Hare Stadium. He is 5-7 in his career as coach at Alabama and LSU. He has a 5-4 record at Jordan-Hare Stadium as the Alabama coach.<\/p>\n
