The project would create seven single-family homes with accessory dwelling units on an empty lot. Steel Bridge Capital is responsible for the application.<\/p>\n<p>The proposal includes six single-family homes with junior accessory dwelling units, and a seventh home with an ADU and junior ADU. Illustrations show each home will be a wood-frame two-story structure dressed with a modern or contemporary farmhouse facade. Exterior materials will include concrete, stucco, stone, and wood-like siding.<\/p>\n<p>The application invokes Senate Bill 330 to streamline the approval process.
