\n\tSaturday Night Live<\/a> host Amy Poehler<\/a> and fellow ex-SNL<\/a> cast member Tina Fey<\/a> parodied Attorney General Pam Bondi<\/a> and Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem<\/a> during a congressional hearing, cutting a pro-ICE<\/a> advertisement along the way. <\/p>\n

\n\tPoehler\u2019s portrayal of the attorney general was of an evasive Trump loyalist who loves to play the victim and insult senators.<\/p>\n

\n\tAfter refusing to tell the truth during her swearing-in, the Trump appointee was asked whether her boss directed her to prosecute his political opponents, as a mistakenly public Truth Social post<\/a> by the president intended for Bondi makes clear.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cBefore I don\u2019t answer, I\u00a0would like to insult you\u00a0personally: Senator Blumenthal, look at this\u00a0honky.\u00a0Even people in Connecticut go,\u00a0\u2018Damn, that guy is white as hell,’\u201d she said to the lawmaker (Mikey Day.) \u201cThat is just one of the many\u00a0roast-style burns I have here on\u00a0this paper.\u00a0Don\u2019t make me use them.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tPoehler\u2019s character added later: \u201cI tried reading the Epstein\u00a0files but I got really bored.\u00a0It\u2019s so repetitive. Trump this,\u00a0Trump that. Yawn!\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tA question about Immigration and Customs Enforcement<\/a> operations caused her to refer questions to the Homeland Security Secretary. Fey then entered to rock music, tossing her semiautomatic weapon aside.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI\u2019m the rarest\u00a0type of person in Washington,\u00a0D.C: a brunette that Donald\u00a0Trump listens to,\u201d she boasted.\u00a0\u201cI\u2019m here to tell you that this\u00a0Democrat government shutdown<\/a>\u00a0needs to end now.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tAfter Day said Democrats \u201care even\u00a0more eager to end this shutdown\u00a0than our Republican colleagues<\/a>,\u201d Fey remarked: \u201cThat makes me laugh more than\u00a0the end of Old Yeller.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tIn her 2024 memoir, Noem recalled<\/a> shooting and killing her puppy and goat\u2014an admission that also killed<\/a> her chances of being Trump\u2019s running mate.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe duo then defended ICE agents, and cut an advertisement to recruit more: <\/p>\n

\n\tFey: Do you need a job now?<\/p>\n

\n\tPoehler: Yeah<\/p>\n

\n\tFey: Are you a big, tough guy?<\/p>\n

\n\tPoehler: Yeah.<\/p>\n

\n\tFey: Tough enough for the army or police? <\/p>\n

\n\tPoehler: No.<\/p>\n

\n\tFey: But do you take supplements that you bought at the gas station?<\/p>\n

\n\tPoehler: Daily.<\/p>\n

\n\tFey: Do you like to use zip ties beacuse people in your life don\u2019t trust you with keys?<\/p>\n
