{"id":221366,"date":"2025-10-13T11:20:16","date_gmt":"2025-10-13T11:20:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/221366\/"},"modified":"2025-10-13T11:20:16","modified_gmt":"2025-10-13T11:20:16","slug":"byu-to-host-fox-big-noon-kickoff-saturday-before-game-with-utah-deseret-news","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/221366\/","title":{"rendered":"BYU to host Fox &#8216;Big Noon Kickoff&#8217; Saturday before game with Utah \u2013 Deseret News"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cBig Noon Kickoff\u201d is headed back to Provo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">BYU will host Fox\u2019s popular college football pregame show Saturday morning outside of LaVell Edwards Stadium ahead of the Cougars\u2019 rivalry matchup with Utah, the network announced Sunday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">This will be the second \u201cKickoff&#8221; in Provo, as the show <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deseret.com\/sports\/2024\/10\/12\/byu-football-fox-big-noon-kickoff\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.deseret.com\/sports\/2024\/10\/12\/byu-football-fox-big-noon-kickoff\/\">visited in 2024<\/a> before BYU faced Arizona.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/1760354415_868_UHKGP77IT5E3JLPDLCGEIU5ZBI.jpg\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Special Collector&#8217;s Issue: &#8220;1984: The Year BYU was Second to None&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Get an inclusive look inside BYU Football&#8217;s 1984 National Championship season.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Additionally, \u201cKickoff\u201d came to Salt Lake City on September 20 for Utah\u2019s clash with Texas Tech.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The \u201cBig Noon Kickoff\u201d cast of analysts includes host Rob Stone, former college stars Brady Quinn, Mark Ingram II and Matt Leinart, Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy and former Utah head coach and three-time national champion Urban Meyer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The \u201cBig Noon Kickoff\u201d broadcast will begin at 8 a.m. MST, with the game taking place at 6 p.m.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">BYU will enter the rivalry contest 6-0 and ranked No. 15, while Utah is 5-1 and ranked No. 23.
