Williamsport, Pa. \u2014 A woman who allegedly conspired with the man accused in a double murder showed up at a vigil for the victims last month, violating her bail conditions.<\/p>\n

Although\u00a0Sandy Camille Perez\u00a0denied having contact with any of the organizers or victims’ family members during the Angel Families United event last month, Judge Eric Linhardt called her testimony on Monday “not credible” and ordered her back to the Lycoming County Prison.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Perez, 45, of Williamsport appeared at an event for group’s National Day of Remembrance on Sept. 25 at Brandon Park for families of homicide victims. Perez, who bedazzled her ankle monitor with a mask that reads \u201cQueen,\u201d is accused of helping Troy Bailey cover up the double homicide of Ronald Dailey and Alicia Seese in January of 2024.<\/p>\n

Part of her release conditions are to stay away from the victims and their families. Despite being asked to leave several times, Perez would not, violating her parole given by Linhardt earlier in the year. Several witnesses testified to seeing Perez speak with Dailey\u2019s sister at the event. The family member was wearing a shirt with a picture of Dailey and his name at the time.<\/p>\n

Despite testimony from the Dailey\u2019s sister and witnesses, Perez denied speaking with anybody but her pastor at the event. Perez\u2019s pastor, Ron Johnson of the Diamond Street Christian Church, testified on behalf of the defense. His testimony was inconsistent with many of the witnesses.<\/p>\n

Victims kidnapped, shot<\/p>\n

After allegedly kidnapping the two victims from Lycoming Engines with the help of Mohamad Davis, Bailey drove them around before returning to the area. He allegedly shot and killed both Seese and Dailey.<\/p>\n

Bailey, 57, spoke with Perez after the killings and she helped him dispose of the murder weapon, according to charges. She also reportedly lied to investigators, who spent nearly 10 hours digging through trash at the dump based on information Perez provided.<\/p>\n

Perez was dating Bailey at the time of the killings. She was captured on video allegedly helping him dispose of items police say he used in the kidnapping and killings.<\/p>\n

Perez is being charged with criminal conspiracy to commit kidnapping, receiving stolen property, hindering apprehension, obstruction of justice, and false reports to law enforcement. All charges were bound over for trial for trial.<\/p>\n

Perez disliked Seese, who was Bailey’s ex-girlfriend, according to evidence presented at various hearings. In text messages sent from Perez to Seese in the weeks leading up to the murder it was obvious tension between the two.<\/p>\n

“Keep my name out your mouth,” one read. Another told Seese “he (Bailey) has a real woman in me.”\u00a0<\/p>\n
