(WKYT) \u2013 A rapper was arrested in Laurel County after police say he was seen running across Interstate 75 and dancing on a concrete barrier.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"link | text-reset d-block h-100 w-100\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wkyt.com\/page\/wkyt-apps-for-ios-and-android-devices\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_self\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"figure-img img-fluid mx-auto d-block\" alt=\"WKYT Streaming Apps\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/MEPHTWNVMREWLEQQWWFJM27ZMA.png\" width=\"980\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">According to an arrest citation from the London Police Department, officers were called to I-75 around 6 p.m. Sunday for a suspicious person complaint.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">When officers arrived, they say 31-year-old Enoch Tolbert of Clayton, Del., better known by his stage name Armani White, was running across the southbound lanes of I-75, forcing cars to slow down. Police said he then jumped onto the middle concrete barrier wall and began to dance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The citation says dispatchers received multiple calls about Tolbert being in the roadway.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">When questioned, police said Tolbert told them he had pulled over on I-75 to shoot a video.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"figure-img img-fluid mx-auto d-block\" alt=\"Enoch Tolbert\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/KMGMH5MWXNH5HJIUXBVZCIGGMM.png\" width=\"980\" height=\"544\" \/>Enoch Tolbert(Laurel County Correctional Center)<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Tolbert was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and stopping, standing, or parking on a limited-access highway.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Tolbert was booked into and later released from the Laurel County Correctional Center.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">According to CourtNet records, Tolbert is described as a professional rapper, and the jail instructed him to call and schedule a court date following his release.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">This is a developing story.<\/p>\n<p class=\"copyright |\">Copyright 2025 WKYT.
