{"id":223428,"date":"2025-10-14T07:15:07","date_gmt":"2025-10-14T07:15:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/223428\/"},"modified":"2025-10-14T07:15:07","modified_gmt":"2025-10-14T07:15:07","slug":"ozzy-osbournes-final-festival-back-to-the-beginning-might-return-as-an-annual-memorial-event","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us\/223428\/","title":{"rendered":"Ozzy Osbourne\u2019s final festival &#8220;Back to the Beginning&#8221; might return as an annual memorial event"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It looks like the Black Sabbath-led &#8220;Back To The Beginning&#8221; music festival, an event which saw dozens of high profile bands ranging from Pantera, Mastodon, Gojira, and more unite to honor frontman Ozzy Osbourne&#8217;s life, and which turned out to be his final performance ever, might be returning.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The event, which raised <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/lambgoat.com\/news\/48591\/black-sabbaths-final-saw-back-to-the-beginning-saw-over-190-million-raised-for-charity\/\">millions of dollars for charity<\/a>, had Osbourne reunite with his Black Sabbath bandmates, and served as a way to unite the world of heavy music, a fitting send-off.<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mirror.co.uk\/3am\/celebrity-news\/ozzy-osbourne-final-gig-back-36061530\">The Mirror <\/a>have reported that an application to trademark the gig in the US has been filed, registering it under &#8220;entertainment services in the nature of live musical performance.&#8221; The legal firm that filed it, Monowise Ltd, also seeks to protect merchandise.
