Thomas Haugh

Height/Weight: 6’9″, 215 lbs

High School: Perkiomen School (PA)

Player Overview

Thomas Haugh is a mobile and athletic forward who brings versatility, energy, and high-level defensive impact to the floor. At 6’9”, he moves fluidly, plays above the rim, and consistently makes effort-based plays that translate to winning basketball.

Haugh’s combination of mobility, coordination, and bounce allows him to impact the game in a variety of ways. He’s a dynamic rim runner and transition finisher, converting efficiently around the basket and thriving as a cutter and lob target. Defensively, his length and discipline make him one of the most switchable frontcourt defenders in college basketball, capable of defending guards, wings, and bigs effectively.

Beyond his physical tools, Haugh’s motor and basketball IQ stand out. He sprints the floor, crashes the glass, and plays with controlled effort. He understands positioning and rotations and rarely forces plays, contributing in ways that don’t always show up in the box score.

As his offensive skill set continues to develop, Haugh’s confidence as a face-up threat and shooter from the perimeter will determine his long-term ceiling. The foundation is in place for him to evolve from an energy forward into a legitimate two-way weapon.

“Thomas Haugh brings an infectious energy to the game, and his athleticism and motor contribute to winning. Continuing to improve as a shooter will be key for him to maximize his potential.” — Matt Babcock, NBA Draft Analyst
