Kylie Jenner<\/a> is reportedly \u201cshaken and embarrassed\u201d after the launch of her latest Kylie Cosmetics campaign. The promo, titled King Kylie, debuted over the weekend and quickly drew criticism, sparking debate online over its perceived \u201ctone-deaf\u201d approach.<\/p>\n

In the clip, Jenner is seen handcuffed by two police officers through a \u201cglam jail\u201d jail corridor, dressed in a black leather top, matching micro-shorts, silver hip chains, translucent black tights, and black pointed-toe pumps.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe trusted her mom\u2019s instincts \u2014 and it backfired,\u201d a friend of Jenner\u2019s said. \u201cShe\u2019s furious that Kris turned her brand into a meme.\u201d While the campaign\u2019s visual approach has divided opinion, those close to Jenner say she is taking the response seriously and considering the impact on her brand image<\/p>\n

Hollywood insiders, however, remain confident. \u201cShe\u2019s already spinning it into a redemption arc,\u201d said one marketing executive. \u201cIf there\u2019s one rule in the Kardashian playbook, it\u2019s this \u2014 even bad press can make you richer.\u201d<\/p>\n

On Monday, Oct. 13, Kylie shared a new promotional clip on social media for the revival of her King Kylie Collection<\/a>. The mogul also announced her music debut, featuring on pop duo Terror Jr\u2019s track \u201cFourth Strike,\u201d which is included in the promo.<\/p>\n

\u201cFOURTH STRIKE! TERROR JR FT KING KYLIE TONIGHT 9 PM PT @terror.jr !!!!!\u201d Jenner wrote in an Instagram post showing her in a black convertible.<\/p>\n

In a separate update, she teased the return of her cosmetic line, captioning a video, \u201cGLOSSES PART TWO: KING KYLIE RETURNS.\u201d<\/p>\n
