The company has been in copyright hell after the launch of its social video app Sora, which users swiftly filled with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.404media.co\/openais-sora-2-copyright-infringement-machine-features-nazi-spongebobs-and-criminal-pikachus\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">questionable<\/a> AI-generated material.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1ymtmqpi _17nnmdy1 _17nnmdy0 _1xwtict1\">Minoru Kiuchi, whose <a href=\"https:\/\/japan.kantei.go.jp\/102_ishiba\/meibo\/daijin\/kiuchi_minoru_e.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">many<\/a> Japanese ministerial positions include leading on intellectual property strategy (he also leads the \u201ccool Japan strategy\u201d), chastised OpenAI for copyright infringement last week.
