Shannon Kobylarczyk, a Brewers fan who said \u201clet\u2019s call ICE\u201d on a Latino Dodgers fan at Game 2 of the National League Championship Series, has been fired from her job, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Kobylarczyk, who worked for ManpowerGroup, also resigned from her role on the Make-A-Wish Wisconsin board of directors, the outlet added.<\/p>\n

The incident unfolded Tuesday night, when Ricardo Fosado \u2014 a Los Angeles resident on a business trip in Chicago, according to the Journal Sentinel \u2014 started recording a video<\/a> and asked \u201cwhy is everybody quiet\u201d twice.<\/p>\n

\u201cReal men drink beer, p\u2014y,\u201d Kobylarczyk shouted, before Fosado asked again why Brewers fans were so quiet.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou know what,\u201d Kobylarczyk said while tapping on the shoulder of another Milwaukee fan in front of her, \u201cCall ICE,\u201d referring to the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u201cCall ICE,\u201d Fosado repeated back, as he continued to record, according to the video that circulated online. \u201cCall ICE. I\u2019m a U.S. citizen. War veteran, baby girl. War veteran. Two wars.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cICE is not gonna do nothing to me. Good luck. Good luck. Good luck. Call them. Call them. F\u2013king idiot.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fosado, who is of Mexican heritage and served in the Navy from 2001-05, told the outlet that Kobylarczyk \u201cmade a mistake\u201d during the incident, and he said in a separate interview with Fox 6 that she \u201cshowed us what she really thinks.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t think it was like horrible or something that should get her fired. I feel bad for her,\u201d Fosado told the Journal Sentinel. \u201cWe cannot be judged on one mistake and a lot of emotions were involved. It was just hurt feelings, nobody physically hurt anybody.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kobylarczyk reported Fosado to security following the incident, and he was escorted out of American Family Field, according to the Journal Sentinel.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

ManpowerGroup said in a statement on Instagram that \u201cthe employee is no longer with the organization\u201d after initially being placed on immediate leave and following an investigation.<\/p>\n

The Dodgers won both games in Milwaukee \u2014 including a 5-1 victory in Game 2 \u2014 to start the NLCS, and they\u2019ll have a chance to take a commanding 3-0 series lead Thursday night in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n
