AT&T Stadium played host to this rivalry game for years. But no longer, as Fayetteville welcomes the Aggies to town to renew a matchup dating back to 1903.

ESPN’s Greg McElroy put in his prediction for this one, expecting there to be a ton of points. In the end, he is rolling with Texas A&M to remain undefeated, while Arkansas continues a losing streak. At the same time, the Razorbacks know how to make finishes interesting. Either way, McElroy is picking Mike Elko‘s bunch to win out.

“I think I’ll take the points here,” McElroy said via Always College Football. “I think Arkansas can score. I just don’t see how they’re going to stop Texas A&M’s offense. So, in a game that I think has a chance to become a track meet, I’ll take the Aggies. They’re more balanced. But I fully expect Arkansas to make it interesting and score points in their own backyard.”

Taylen Green is far from the problem for Arkansas. Earlier in the week, McElroy labeled the Arkansas quarterback as a potential first-round “flier” in the 2026 NFL Draft. If not for him, a lot more games would end up in blowouts. If there is any kind of route to winning on Saturday, a lot is going to be put on Green’s plate.

“Green needs to be the focal point of every single offensive snap,” McElroy said. “He needs to go for over 350, he needs to have at least four touchdowns for the Razorbacks to have a chance.”

It’s the Arkansas defense seemingly everyone is able to take advantage of. The Razorbacks are in the bottom three of scoring defense and total yards allowed in the SEC. Only Tennessee sports a worse passing defense, while the worst rush defense in college football calls Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium home. Those numbers do not usually equal a winning recipe, no matter the circumstances.

Marcel Reed and a talented Texas A&M wide receiver group is hoping to take full advantage. If there is a downside, it’s the health of running Le’Veon Moss. He was ruled out on Wednesday’s SEC injury report, an issue that will last for a few weeks. However, Rueben Owens is viewed as a capable backup and possibly ready for a national breakout.

DISCLAIMER: This site is 100% for entertainment purposes only and does not involve real money betting.

The content provided in this article is intended for entertainment purposes only.
