Investors are impressed by the company\u2019s new AI GPUs (graphics processing units) and strategic deals. Notably, AMD announced its game-changing deal with OpenAI<\/a> (PC:OPAIQ<\/a>) to deploy 6 gigawatts of AMD Instinct GPUs over multiple years, beginning with a 1-gigawatt rollout in 2026.<\/p>\n

The company then announced a major partnership with Oracle (ORCL)<\/a>, under which Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) will deploy 50,000\u00a0AMD\u00a0MI450 GPUs<\/a>, starting in the second half of 2026.
