Described as a \u2018three-dimensional theater open to the city,\u2019 the project expands the role of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.designboom.com\/tag\/skateboarding\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">skatepark<\/a> beyond recreation, positioning it as an active social and architectural interface.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Elevated 20 meters above ground, the structure appears as a floating glass volume attached to a building facade overlooking the city\u2019s highway.
