Stage III (Severe, AQI 401\u2013450): Stop all non-public construction and demolition work, ban brick kilns, stone crushers, and hot mix plants.Stage IV (Severe+, AQI > 450): Restrict truck entry (except essentials), ban private diesel vehicles, and encourage work-from-home.<\/p>\n
