Rock and Roll Hall of Fame<\/a> band, Rush<\/a>, is reuniting<\/a> for a huge North American tour with numerous concerts just added to their schedule.<\/p>\n

Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson just announced 17 more cities on their 2026 tour, including a concert at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit on Wednesday, August 26.<\/p>\n

Tickets go on sale on Friday, October 31 at noon for the new shows. This will be the first time Lee and Lifeson will tour together since 2015.<\/p>\n

According to Variety<\/a>, replacing Neil Peart, who passed away in 2020<\/a>, on drums will be Anika Nilles, an award-winning German drummer and composer.<\/p>\n

The original tour announcement earlier this month included dates in seven North American cities, which have sold out.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are blown away from the response to the announcement we made a few weeks ago that we\u2019re going back on tour, Lee and Lifeson shared in a video<\/a>. \u201cWe\u2019re even more excited to get back on stage and play with her and to go through the plethora of songs that we\u2019re planning.\u201d<\/p>\n
