A traffic light malfunction has closed a portion of Winchester Avenue until at least Wednesday.<\/p>\n
The street is closed from Albany Avenue to St. David’s Place, police. The closure could last beyond Wednesday. Drivers should use caution when approaching the closure and find alternative routes.<\/p>\n
Westbound traffic only will be permitted along Ohio Avenue between Shore Road and Route 9 from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. through Friday.<\/p>\n
Eastbound traffic will be detoured at Mill Road to Route 30 to Shore Road.<\/p>\n
