Samsung will unveil its XR headset in a few hours \u2013 the first device to run Android XR<\/a>. Here are some of the apps that you will be able to use from day one, thanks to dedicated Android XR support in the Unity 6 game making engine.<\/p>\n

Google Maps XR introduces the Immersive View, which allows users to explore locations in detailed 3D environments.<\/p>\n

Inside [JOB] (developed by Owlchemy Labs) is a mixed-reality experience that introduces users to Android XR interactions. Owlchemy Labs also has several other Android XR-compatible titles: Vacation Simulator, Job Simulator and Dimensional Doubleshift.<\/p>\n

Samsung\u2019s headset \u2013 known as \u201cProject Moohan\u201d for now but likely to be announced as the \u201cSamsung Galaxy XR\u201d \u2013 is the first Android XR device. The platform natively supports a variety of form factors and so does Unity 6.<\/p>\n
